I hope that you love your new painting but, should it not be as you expected then you can return it using this Returns Policy

The painting must be shipped to me within fourteen days

Procedure

1.    Simply email your request to return the painting to jenny@jennynash.co.uk or, use the Contact form on my website. I will respond with a returns reference and will and ask you to include this with the painting

2.    Return the painting and returns reference in the same packaging and undamaged condition as when sent to you, using a tracked and signed-for 48-hour courier service from a professional UK courier e.g. DHL, Royal Mail, DPD

3.    Your payment will be refunded in full to the card you used for the original purchase. Expect the card company to take a few days to show the refund in your account
